Depending on how you use this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and postal address (when you send an enquiry or place an order); billing address and, where applicable, a VAT number (at checkout); details about your project that you choose to share (in the enquiry form or checkout's project-brief step); and basic technical/usage data if you consent to analytics cookies (see Cookies, below). We do not collect payment card data — our checkout is a test/mock system that does not transmit or store card numbers.

• To reply to an enquiry and discuss a potential project (legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form).
• To process and fulfil an order, and to issue a compliant invoice (legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records).
• To understand how the site is used, if you opt in to analytics cookies (legal basis: consent).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Enquiry-form submissions are kept for up to 3 years from your last contact with us, unless a project proceeds, in which case order and invoice data is kept for the legal retention period that applies to accounting and tax records in France (currently 10 years for accounting documents). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4's default retention settings.

We use a small number of processors to run the site and the business: our hosting provider, and — only if you've consented to analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Our hosting provider's identity is available on request — see the Legal Notice (Mentions légales). We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA except where Google's own EU-approved safeguards apply to Analytics data.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@warrior-designs.com. We'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
