Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel before the kickoff call and you get a full refund, on any package. Once work has started, refunds reflect the work already performed. Care Plan and SEO Retainer are cancel any time before the next renewal, no lock-in.

The 40% deposit charged at checkout is refundable in full if you cancel before the kickoff call (the first step of our process). Once the kickoff call has taken place and discovery or design work has started, the deposit is retained to cover the time already spent and is not refundable. The balance is only invoiced on delivery, so no further payment is due if you cancel before that point.

These packages are paid in full at checkout. You can cancel and receive a full refund any time before we begin Discovery (step 02 of our process). Once Discovery has started, refunds are prorated to reflect work already performed, calculated in good faith and explained to you in writing at the time.

Monthly plans (Care Plan, SEO Retainer) can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date — email support@warrior-designs.com or use the account link in your confirmation email. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid month runs to its end. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

If you're buying as a consumer (not a business) and located in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, under EU consumer-protection law. Because our packages involve work that typically needs to begin before 14 days have passed to meet the turnaround times stated on each service page, we ask you to expressly confirm at checkout that you want work to start within that 14-day window. If you make that request and the service is then fully performed within the 14 days, you lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete, as EU law allows. If work has only partially started when you withdraw, you'll be charged in proportion to what's been delivered, and the rest refunded. If you did not request an early start, the full 14-day withdrawal right applies and you may cancel for a full refund at any point within that window, regardless of the deposit terms above.

Email support@warrior-designs.com with your order reference (from your confirmation email) and the word "cancel." We'll confirm the refund amount and timing in writing within 2 business days.
