We confirm scope, pick your package, and set expectations before anything is booked.

We gather content, references, and access.
What we need from you: Existing content, logins where relevant, and anything you already like or dislike.

2–10 days by package
We design every page or screen; you review on a shared link, not a screenshot in an email.
What we need from you: Feedback within the revision rounds included in your package.

Build
1–15 days by package
We build the approved design and load real content, not placeholder text.
What we need from you: Sign-off on the reviewed design, so we're not building against a moving target.

Launch & handover
1–3 days
We launch on your domain, run a final check, and walk you through how to use and update it.
What we need from you: Access to your domain/DNS if you're managing it yourself.

What happens if something needs to change
Every package states its revision-round count up front — you'll find it on the package card, not buried in a contract. Revisions happen at the Design step, before we build anything, so changes are cheap to make and don't cost you rework later. If you need more than the included rounds, an extra round is €180, priced the same regardless of package.
On risk: if a package costs over €1,500, we ask for a 40% deposit to book your production slot. That deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before the kickoff call — if we haven't started, your money is yours. Once work begins, the deposit covers the discovery and design time already spent. The Care Plan and SEO Retainer are monthly, with no lock-in — cancel any time before the next renewal date. And under EU law, if you're buying as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — full detail on the Cancellation & Refunds page, including what happens if you ask us to start work inside that window.

What if I miss a review deadline?
Nothing breaks — the timeline simply moves with you; the turnaround figures assume reasonably prompt feedback, not a fixed calendar.
Can I skip the fit call and go straight to Discovery?
No — the fit call is short and confirms scope before anything is booked, which protects both sides from starting on the wrong package.
Do you work from a brief I write, or do you help me write one?
Either — Discovery is built to work from a rough idea as easily as a polished brief.
What if I need to change scope mid-project?
Tell us as soon as it comes up — small changes fold into the existing revision rounds; bigger ones are quoted honestly as an addition, not silently absorbed or refused.
