Terms of Sale & Use (CGV / CGU)

These terms govern the sale of design packages, add-ons, and subscriptions (Care Plan, SEO Retainer) by Warrior Designs SASU through warrior-designs.com, and the use of the site itself. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.

Packages, add-ons, and subscriptions are added to a cart and purchased through checkout. Prices are shown in euros, excl. VAT (HT) — see the Pricing page for the current VAT-exemption note. Packages of €1,500 or under are paid in full at checkout. Packages over €1,500 require a 40% deposit at checkout, with the balance invoiced on delivery. Care Plan and SEO Retainer are billed monthly, first payment due at checkout, renewing automatically each month until cancelled.

A deposit books a production slot and is refundable in full if you cancel before the kickoff call (step 01 of our process). Once work has started, the deposit covers discovery and design time already performed and is non-refundable, without prejudice to your statutory rights described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Each package states its included deliverables, revision-round count, and turnaround on its package card and service page — that stated scope is the contract for what will be delivered. We follow the five-step process described at /process/: fit call, discovery, design, build, launch & handover. Turnaround times run from the fit call, assuming reasonably prompt client feedback within the stated revision windows; delays caused by late feedback or missing content are not counted against the stated turnaround.

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds, applied during the Design step. Additional revision rounds beyond those included can be purchased as an add-on (currently €180 per round). Revisions requested after a step has been signed off and built may require a new round or a separate quote, depending on scope.

Ownership of the final deliverables (site files, code, brand assets) transfers to the client once the order is paid in full. Until final payment, all work remains the property of Warrior Designs. Warrior Designs retains the right to display completed, client-approved work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

The client is responsible for providing content, access, and feedback in a timely manner, and for the accuracy and legality of any content it supplies (text, images, product data). Warrior Designs is not responsible for delays caused by late content or feedback, or for content the client provided.

Warrior Designs' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific package or subscription. Warrior Designs is not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data not caused by our negligence, business interruption) except where French law does not permit such a limitation.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be handled directly between the parties — email support@warrior-designs.com and we'll aim to resolve it. Consumers additionally have the statutory right to refer an unresolved dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, under articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), and to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts apply.
